建議封面顯示中文姓名與英文姓名 #3

嗨，希望英文封面也可以顯示中文姓名！圖書館方面基本上不會查驗該項目，不過系辦那邊似乎希望英文論文也能標示教授與學生之中文姓名！

英文封面就是為了給國外的人看,
原本圖書館說要求有中文題目,
我已經覺得無言.
(因為對方都看不懂, 說要國際化,
都要以對方看角度來考慮...
對他們來講只是一些亂碼而已, 能不能正常顯示都是問題)

馬上處理.

我是已經完成了～只是當時林小姐一直在困惑...想說如果加上中文後其他人用這個 template 比較不會遇到跟我一樣的情況ＸＤ（默默在幫你推廣
template）
