BootstrapBuilder for Twitter Bootsrap

I added BootstrapBuilder for Twitter Bootsrap and I remove Gemfile.lock from your gempsec file array. It give error message when you try bundle git version of gem like gem 'breadcrumbs_on_rails', :git => 'git://github.com/nyjt/breadcrumbs_on_rails.git'

I'm not going to add any Bootstrap builder inside the library. If you want, you can do it in a separate gem as people did, for example, for will_paginate or other rails plugins.

Also, I couldn't accept this patch in any case because it is missing the unit tests.

If you use Bootstrap, check https://github.com/seyhunak/twitter-bootstrap-rails. It includes a nice breadcrumbs helper.
