Describe the desired feature

As previously discussed with @nemaara in a discord conversation, this scenario would need to be reworked as stated in the title. I shall be handling this myself.

This FR/Issue is a reminder to me since I am forgetful.

Plan

  1. Map will be moderately bigger, hinting that Kaleh descended into some larger, and deeper champer.
  2. Four phases of the fight. (This is all I shall share for now. No more spoilers)
  3. Will be released as Add-on first for constructive feedback. Since this is intended to be for the last battle scenario, the scenario add-on will give players a generated recall list.
  4. Dialogue will mostly stay the same, but if any new strings are added in, I shall consult with Yumi about them.
  5. Might have 2 new units for the boss.

Question: Should I add this to the 1.17.0 milestone? Or, leave it as is?

Note: added the "Postponed" label, due to my chaotic schedule.

Postponed it again since I am re-redoing the map again. I want to make the arena even better.
