<summary> lost visual indication that it can be activated when hovering over the text #5626

Currently moving the mouse cursor over text inside <summary> changes its cursor style to "text", the same style for regular (non-interactive) text. I find it a bit confusing.

People may notice it is interactive by looking at the triangle beside it. But it may be great to make it more visible , like explicitly setting cursor: default or pointer on UA stylesheets.

Hmm. Although I mentioned it in the OP comment, I didn't mean to ask for cursor: pointer particularly (I personally don't like pointer on non-link interactive elements), but any style which we can distinguish <summary> as being different from normal text.
