As it was,
mvn packagedoesn't complete, b/c "Could not find artifact org.apache.hadoop:hadoop-core:jar:0.20.2-cdh3u0", which is in the cloudera repos.This patch just adds the cloudera repos explicitly for this build, so people who don't already have maven configured to use it can still build and install odiago-avro.
