... pointing the /home/... Please use relative paths.

I know, that was quite annoying when running it.... But I have to build on Linux/Linux server. Nuno gave me access to the BiGCaT one, but I first have to figure out how to do the build there. When I have that in place, I'll fix the builder ;)
