1.0.14 XCFramework

How to build this XCFramework

1. ./autogen.sh # may need to run brew install libtool / automake
2. $ ./configure
3. $ make
4. $ sudo make install
5. copy the script from master: https://github.com/jedisct1/libsodium/blob/master/dist-build/apple-xcframework.sh
6. run the above script
7. the product locals in: /libsodium/libsodium-apple/Clibsodium.xcframework
8. zip the Clibsodium.xcframework folder
