Changelog entry for most of the diff:
- Made rendering of data type definitions, value-level applications, and application of types use the same style. Moreover, existential now doesn't cause the data constructor be unconditionally rendered in multiline layout. Apply consistent layout to type constructors in signatures tweag/ormolu#427.
I haven't run it locally, but looks good 👍
Can we do 2 quick releases with and without this change so it is easier to look at release PRs.
