Cannot open fig dashboard #1982

Checks

  • I have searched github.com/withfig/fig/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
  • I have run fig doctor in the affected terminal session
  • I have run fig restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

macOS 12.0.1 (21A559)

Expected behaviour

when open fig dashboard, i want everything showing up

Actual behaviour

just a blank app screen.

ps: i have updated the new version (2.7.4) already but still get the same behavior.

I have same problem with macOS 13

Same with my issue: #1979. You may need vpn.

I think this may be related to internet connectivity when you launch Fig. If you restart the app, does the issue persist?

Also could you right click the window and then press "inspect elements" and take a screenshot of any errors in the "Console"

Seems this can happen if you do not have internet when Fig is loaded, this will be fixed in 2.7.6 (should be out on beta tomorrow)

2.7.6 is live! To upgrade to the latest version, run fig update.
