Encountered at: wixtoolset/wix@HEAD

Detail:
What happens when a v5 WiX extension tries to load from a v4 wix.exe? What happens when a v5 WiX extension tries to load from a v5 wix.exe? Good error messages in these cases would be a very good thing:tm:.
