Added emacs calls to server and a batch call to automate updating of menus and nodes; cleaned up Makefile targets so that any target can be run and the TEXI file will be downloaded and updated automatically; fixed error preventing pdf output (caused by an inappropriate change of extension on an image); resized images to display within margins on pdf output. Reduced all over-long lines. Program now works automatically to update and display using emacs servers automatically; very much faster development process than before.
