When I first came across this repo, the README was a bit confusing -- it wasn't clear what I was supposed to do, what information I should read, etc.
I moved the sections around a bit, and added some information that hopefully makes this more approachable for beginners.
I'm not sure if the information I added is correct or appropriate, so any corrections are welcome :)
