Adding a small reminder note here to consider what to do with 👻 on the dashboard. Currently, even if we have cached data locally, we briefly show the ghost screen when we request fresh data from the server:

This ☝️ may be absolutely fine as-is. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for adding this note sir!!. YES i've got mixed feelings about it. Perhaps, as you said, it's okay this way (because Stats are "always invalid" so to speak, whereas the Orders List may have just grown).
