Move wq/*.js to individual repos (edit: or separate packages/ in a mono-repo), and use official sources (+diffs as needed) for third-party libs. It would still be useful to have the libs included with the PyPI package (especially for easy AMD usage), they would just be removed from the repository and pulled on demand in via submodules/bash scripts/whatever.
