Spamming pulseClock causes the TDO mismatches as the uP because desynced from the jtag chain. Should be tuned as per instructions given in XAPP085 but a base value of 1 is still better than the current implementation.
TDO is defined as PB5 in ports.h Added updated info to the instructions
