Fix for the Claim Mapping Issue

Purpose

Claim mapping is failed in the WSO2 IS side due to the incorrect format of the CLAIM_DIALECT_URI that we used. We need to provide "http://wso2.org/nuxeo/claims" by removing the "/" at the end.
