Accent color doesn't apply everywhere

When the accent color is changed it doesn't apply everywhere.

To get the accent color to apply you have to change between light and dark theme.

This seems to happen like 50% of the time. It affects all the dark modes.

Does this only occur when changing the accent color? Can you close the app and re-open for the accent color to change?

This only occurs when changing the accent color.

Closing the app from the app switcher and opening the app again fixes the issue.

UPDATE: This seems to affect the default dark mode more for some reason. Maybe random 🤷‍♂️😉
