This release extends Evoker to be compatible with UK Biobank v2 data. In addition the following minor changes have been made:

  • Vertical scroll when the number of batches exceeds the window size.
  • Sort on batch/collection name, MAF, HWE p-value, or GPC.
  • Requires evoker-helper.pl to be in the users path rather in the remote data directory.
  • Show progress meters when loading and plotting data.

This release incorporates improvements made by Tim Poterba. First it fixes the following bug:

"The stock version of Evoker runs perfectly for file input and random access of SNPs. When dealing with single collection files (not separated by chromosome), it outputs .bed files correctly.
However, when multiple chromosomes in a collection are altered and the .bed files are saved, the output is unreadable. Looking closer, the files all appeared to be exactly the same byte
length – exactly as long as one of the input .beds."

In addition to the bug fix, this release incorporates another improvment made by Tim Poterba: "added a button in the settings menu to coprint a .bim and .fam file with the .bed file, so that the output can be easily PLINKed."

Finally, this release has dropped multiple OS binaries in favour of using only a generic jar.
