Incorrect behavior when update an opened file and then click the editing area of wxMEdit/MadEdit #63

  1. open a file with wxMEdit/MadEdit under Windows.
  2. swith to another editor to modify the file, or copy another file to overwrite the opened file.
  3. leave wxMEdit/MadEdit window inactive and the editing area visible.
  4. click the editing area of wxMEdit/MadEdit.
  5. click "Yes" to reload file.

It looked like #62 but only occured under Windows.
