Deep-learning Nodule Segmentation using LIDC dataset on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The notebook contained in this repository aims to show how to perform a complete workflow of a deep-learning task on GCP using LIDC dataset. It could be a good tutorial notebook to help you start working on IDC data using BigQuery.
The notebook is prepared and tested on GCP VM with the following settings:
Environment: PyTorch:1.7
Machine type: 4vCPUs, 15GM RAM
GPUs: NVIDIA Tesla V100x1
The notebook is also compatible to Google Colab environment.
