Creative Chance Pendant

- The Creative Chance Pendant is used to set the value of Chance Cubes.
- The Scanner is only obtainable in creative.
- Right clicking the pendant activates its gui in which the player uses the 6 buttons to change the chance value to their desires and the presses the set chance button to apply that chance value to the inserted Chance Cubes.
- This pendant works on both the Chance Cube and the Chance Icosahedron.
