Bug Description:
Fee address for xServer registration is not auto-populating if the xServer collateral is taking out of the cold wallet and not delegated back in time.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to xCore 'Cold Staking'
  2. Withdraw the delegated balance from the xServer.
  3. Go to 'Advanced', xServer
  4. See error.

Expected Behavior:
The fee address is expected to auto-populate after the grace period is over.

Workaround:
Close your xCore wallet, delete the 'txdb' folder, reopen the wallet. The fee address will populate.
