`prepare()` takes most of the header fields documented here[1] as part of the `extra_header` argument, except for `apns-push-type`. This commit adds that. [1] https://developer.apple.com/documentation/usernotifications/setting_up_a_remote_notification_server/sending_notification_requests_to_apns
