Context: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_artifacts/feed/dotnet9 We need to start pushing xamarin-android/main to the `dotnet9` feed going forward. Switch to using the `dnceng-dotnet9` credentials, which we'll have to work with someone in release engineering to help setup.
