.NET 7 will be out of support by the time .NET 9 is released, so we can just drop it already.

@jonathanpeppers are you keeping NET 7 support in your NET 9 branch? Any reason we shouldn't remove NET 7 support already? |
@rolfbjarne we already dropped it, just because it made things easier. 7 should be out of support when 9 ships. |
