NativeAOT: Enable native symbols stripping when targeting macOS with NativeAOT

By default on macOS and MacCatalyst native symbols were never stripped.
However, as more customers are trying out NativeAOT deployment model with these platforms, the application bundle size started to be an important metric.

This PR enables native symbol stripping on macOS and MacCatalyst by default when using NativeAOT.
