Are you having an issue with the game such as...

• The game doesn't start
• Crash
• Stuck on black screen
• Other issues

First try the following

• Check your system requirements here: System Requirements
• Update your drivers

Corrupted file

The MacroMicroVRService.exe must have a talon icon -> If not try to redownload the .zip file. In the most cases that because the .zip file was corrupted.

No DLL

Install the UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe in folder MacroMicroVRService\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe
