As a consequence also remove the key "hideLineSeparator" from the menu definition and processing.

Closes #1024.
This PR removes two anyway invisible view from the cells which are used for
MasterViewControllerandRightmenuViewController. In consequence the key"hideLineSeparator"is removed from the menu definition and processing.Summary for release notes
