Can't add additionnal SR after initial setup using Xencenter-NG #93

get and error about the GFS2 driver not found and license problem when trying to add second storage repository

Add New SR -> Hardware HBA- > next -> issue #1 only have "Full provisioning" available with msg saying "Your pool license does notallow Thin Provisioning (GFS2)." -> select disk that was found click next -> The SR could not be connected because the driver gfs2 was not recognized.

The end : can't add the repo just stuck there

Thats not a bug. GFS2 is not supported by XCP-ng, because its code in XenServer is not open source.

Why did you close the bug? This answer doesn't answer the actual question and I had figured the sources part/feature missing for GFS2 . The actual issue is the fact that you can't create a storage Repo as mentionned in the bug title. The exact message was provided as detailed information. edit: this is local storage on a local SAS RAID HBA not shared network storage...
