ggmcmc uses package reshape. This has been deprecated years ago, and was replaced by reshape2.

+1 on that :) I'm starting with STAN and eyeing ggmcmc with sparkling eyes. However, the use of the reshape package is putting me off a bit: most of my code uses reshape2, so whenever I do a ggmcmc plot, it overloads the new functions and makes things messy.

The world and my young daughter right now, from the baby hammock.

Thanks for your feedback. Slowly, but I am trying to catch you up.

You've got the best public ever in real life, then! Good luck for catching-up in what is likely a sleep-deprivation mode.
