On a fresh CMS when we create our first daypart it will get the daypartId =1
which means it basically overrides the 'Always' daypart in this case, what that means is
When creating a new event, if we select our daypart it will not have 'Start' date and will be scheduled as 'always', 'Always' daypart can still be used, but since they are sharing daypartId if we edit an event scheduled with 'Always' it will show the name of the daypart we have created.
Every next daypart created after that, will get daypartId 2, 3 and so on, in which case they will work just fine.
We should ensure that first daypart created in a fresh system will get daypartId = 2, so it does not interfere with the pre-configured 'Always' daypart.
