Currently if we change CMS language to say Spanish, CMS will fail to load one of the js libraries, in for example pt_BR language different js file will fail to load and one other js will load the incorrect file.

We need to investigate and correct the paths for all available translations to ensure that if the files exist they are loaded correctly.
