Ticker: If Number of Items is empty, Ticker will start at beginning of the Feed

CMS Version: 1.8.11

Issue: Create a Ticker with an RSS Feed. Use any template and set the Ticker to Take Items from the End of the Feed.

If the Number of Items field is empty, The Ticker will start at the beginning of the feed instead of the end. Entering 1 into the Number of Items field will then correctly show the last item in the Feed.

Note: If the Number of Items is set to 2 for example, on an image only Template, with a Fade effect, the penultimate item will show before the Last item in the feed.
