Story:
CMS's with simple use cases where they have users belonging to user groups and never moving around would like the behaviour we had in v2 where all users of a group share the same content.

Work items:

  • add the field homeFolderId to the user and have it configurable on the user, default is the root folder
  • new feature to "set home folders"
    - [ ] new feature to "view a list of folders as an admin" (I don't think we need this)
  • when the folders feature is turned off, new items go in the users homeFolderId
  • the home folder is shown in the list with a different icon and is selected by default (unless a user has selected another folder previously)
  • add an administrative view of folders to let an admin/group admin adjust/configure the folders in a CMS
