With ad Campaigns we've added a new table - lkcampaigndisplaygroup that manages the links between ad Campaign and Display Groups.

While it is handled correctly on Campaign delete, we do not remove the link on DisplayGroup delete (also affects Display specific DisplayGroup).
As such on an attempt to delete Display/DisplayGroup that has a record in that table, we will get SQL error about constraint violation.
