Provides better client support for Nefarious 2 IRC servers in AdiIRC.

• Display /check in current window instead of server tab. (Numerics 286, 290 & 291).

Roadmap

• Operator login dialogue w/ drop down to specify a remote server.
• Additional dialogues for setting & managing network bans.
• Snomask dialogue to select which snomasks you would like to set on yourself.
