Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you have many pages it is somewhat difficult to browse the document and find the intended information.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose a table of contents feature so that you add tags or labels to the document and the index will automatically update the entries. I guess it is "kind" of similar to what Word or LibreOffice provides in this situation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Optionally, this index could be exported to pdf, but it could also be an internal feature only without export capability.
