섬네일 변경시 바뀐 이미지로 갱신 유도 #2286

브라우저 캐시 때문에 변경된 이미지가 반영되지 못하는 것을 변경된 이미지로 반영되게 해주면 좋을 것 같습니다.

프로필이미지 등은 이미 반영되어 있습니다.
