'PapermillExecutePreprocessor' object has no attribute 'setup_preprocessor'

I'm getting a new error when executing this action.

'PapermillExecutePreprocessor' object has no attribute 'setup_preprocessor'

From what I can find, this may be due to a version mismatch, but I'm not sure how to fix it. This action has run successfully many times before today.

@Zethson I think they are not optional, I haven't had enough time to revamp this action, they should be optional IMHO. I will probably spend some time to address these issues ...

I can see multiple commits referencing this issue. Can anybody share what workaround exists?
I see the same issue on my GitHub action and provided a detailed description on Stack Overflow.
