Seems this was an oversight in d050fe3.
We don't want to ignore all those file, but only the compiled executables.

I would prefer that ignore lines start with / as appropriate.

ie If the patterns only apply to files in the same directory as the .gitignore file.

@perlpunk Thanks. I was thinking that you could take this opportunity to add the / to all the entries where they belong, not just the new ones.

I can do it if you don't want to. Let me know.

I added a slash for those files where I'm sure they are in the root directory.
I also removed /Testing/. Not sure where that directory is created, I don't see anything in the source.

Added back /Testing/. Seems to come from cmake
