Implement a QuadTree data structure for spacial data.

Must Do

  • Add .closest(x, y, count=1) method using k-nearest-neighbors algorithm.
  • Add convenience method for adding values (overload).
  • Write thorough tests.

Maybe Do

  • Line/Ray query (ie. for raytracing).
  • Circle query (ie. to add another common shaped query)
