ruby: no Ruby script found in input (LoadError)
library/types/test/ip_test.rb: 
rake aborted!
Syntax error found in file 'library/types/test/ip_test.rb'

Tasks: TOP => osc:build => package => check:syntax

It is caused by ruby -c checking if the hashbang line contains ruby. We have rspec.
