What is mongo-express?

mongo-express is a web-based MongoDB admin interface, written with Node.js and express.

This project is based on knickers/mongo-express, and has some customized changes.

How to use this image?

The docker image is auto built at https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/yeasy/mongo-express/.

In Dockerfile

FROM yeasy/mongo-express:latest

Local Run

$ docker run --rm -it --env mongo=mongo_server_IP yeasy/mongo-express:latest

Which image is based on?

The image is based on node:0.12-slim.

What has been changed?

Install useful tools such as vim and git.

Use the latest mongo_express.

Supported Docker versions

This image is officially supported on Docker version 1.7.1.

Support for older versions (down to 1.0) is provided on a best-effort basis.
