Examples could be more accessible if hosted by Yew

@jstarry I wouldn't mind hosting the pages and setting up automated deployment for the examples :)

I can either host my own domain or you point a subdomain wildcard to my cloudfront distribution
e.g. *.examples.yew.rs

Cool! I like the idea of an examples subdomain. I have https://todomvc.yew.rs/ up already using netlify and can move that over. By the way I have https://yew.rs hosted on cloudflare right now with CDN enabled.

Excellent. I would prefer hosting on aws cloudfront though since it has no strings attached and is virtually free too :)
It also integrates well with CI so that when new examples come up, they can be added automatically
