起動時にSAVEデータを表示するモードをuartから設定できるようにする #2

UARTから設定で、SAVEアニメーションを起動時に自動表示できるようにする。
その際、パターンアニメーションモードと、Flowモード(右から左に1ドット単位でスクロールする)を用意し、任意のSAVEデータで自立したアニメーションを表示できるようにする。

パターンアニメーションモードとFlowモードは、sleepしない。
MATLED STARTMODE n
0 : 通常起動モード
1 : パターンアニメーションモード
2 : Flowモード
