Current implementation does not reset sequence, also checkIntegrity is not working with postgresql and i get: [yii\base\NotSupportedException] pgsql does not support enabling/disabling integrity check., without commenting this one will not work for pgsql.
@qiangxue is there some design issues or you forgot to add reset-sequence feature from Yii1 to Schema?

Can provide PR, because it looks like simple copy/paste fix from Yii1 (for mysql schema it is so).
