Thanks, @larroy. This project is not only for debian, I'm thinking it's a better idea to put this in a new project.

It doesn't interfere with anything. The project can be for any is. It's
just something to make a package if needed. I don't see the problem having
it with the source.

There is still some problems here:

1. In this pull request, 205 files changed make it not possible to automatically merge.
2. I've no debian system installed to verify the scripts now, while I'm focused ion a new feature(geo search) for ardb now. I'll consider about it later.
