"footer .social-networks" style missing for master_layout #15

In the recent code refactoring 0992fc6 for home_layout.less and master_layout.less, the "footer" style got entered twice into the home_layout.less, while the master_layout.less file got left as blank.

The footer is rendering incorrectly in the master views.
