We are sure our server is the solution to all your needs, and you can easily monitor and track you subjects' online activities.
In order to activate the proxy server (and rule your empire's cyber world), simply double-click "start.bat".

If it works, great!

If it doesn't, you most likely haven't installed Python 2.7 shell.
