Attention
Any single quote used to be not allowed in literal of a URI template. While
it complies with Section 2.1 of RFC 6570, this behavior sometimes limits the
ability of the URI template. Recently, a discussion with the original RFC
authors has been held, and as a result, an RFC errata to add a single quote as
an allowed literal character has been submitted. While the errata is just
created and has not yet been accepted, the submitter of PR #15 and I decided to
adapt it to support a wide range of use.
